Bio-Sys is a theatre acting course that confronts two acting methods: Meyerhold's Biomechanics and Stanislavski's System in a single platform called Bio-Sys. Both theories seem very different, but on stage they come together. Meyerhold, through the body exercises seeks a physical relationship between the text and the actor's body, dividing the actor's movements into smaller fragments; on the other hand, Stanislavski tries to divide the text into more physical acts so that the actor will be able to memorize and performe them by heart.
